Parcelforce Helpline

Parcelforce have a dedicated helpline which is manned by customer service staff who are able to deal with a range of issues. They can offer advice and information on the different Parcelforce delivery services that are available, such as recorded delivery options, overseas shipping services and the track and trace service. 

You may also need to call the helpline if your Parcelforce parcel has been damaged during transit. They will be able to talk you through the claim process and explain the amount of compensation that you will be able to claim for your parcel.

All of the above helplines are open between 8am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays and between 9am and 5pm on Sundays. Please note that the Parcelforce helpline is not open on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.

The Parcelforce depot staff will be able to answer questions relating to the current status of your parcel delivery. You can call the depot to rearrange a delivery that was made when you were away from your home. If you have received the wrong parcel, then you will also need to call your local Parcelforce depot.

There may be information on what depot the parcel was delivered to on the parcel packaging, or you can take a look at your Parcelforce receipt of postage. You can also do a search for your local depot online or ask the sender for more information. 

If you are still unsure of what depot your parcel has been sent to, then you can call the main Parcelforce phone number and they will be able to put you through to the right Parcelforce depot.
