The rules are different of you are posting to a forces address using BFPO, the deadline is Monday 11th December for static and Monday 27th November for operational HM Forces. If you are posting in the UK you have a choice of postal options. Royal Mail and Parcel Force Worldwide aims to deliver first class letters by the next working day, and second class in two or three. However this is not guaranteed and in busy times (like Christmas) it may take longer. To guarantee a delivery date you must pay for a signed for or special deliver service. That said Royal Mail and Parcel Force have given the date of Wednesday 20th December as the last posting date for both 2nd Class and 2nd Class Signed For, and the following day, Thursday 21st December, as the last date for 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For, and Special Delivery Guaranteed. If you want to post on Friday 22nd December that you will have to pay for Special Delivery Guaranteed Saturday Delivery if you want it there by the big day. After the 22nd you are too late to use Parcel Force Worldwide service, so if you want it there by the 25th you will have to find a reindeer and get it there yourself!

This can only be used if you sent your item directly though Parcelforce, if you used a 3rd party company such as:

Parcel force do not offer an email address of physical address for making complaints other than claims.
If you have complained to Admiral via the online claims portal or the help form and have not received a satisfactory answer then you can contact the retail ombudsman, you will need to make sure you have exhausted the internal compalints procedure before contacting the ombudsman.
