Parcelforce Helpline

If you are having difficulty getting hold of who you need to speak to, or if your local depot is not listed, then you can always try calling the Parcelforce helpline. They will be able to give you the contact details for your local depot and answer any additional questions that you may have. The number for the Parcelforce customer care helpline is 0843 487 1851. The helpline is open from 8am – 7pm on Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm on Saturdays and 9am – 5pm on Sundays. The helpline is not manned on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
