The “express48” service delivers the parcel in two working days to most addresses in the UK, and is the most economical service. This service includes tracking, so customers can check on the progress of their parcel and also see an electronic signature obtained on delivery.

Can Parcelforce offer a fast service for parcels?

Whether destined for UK or international addresses, there are several options for customers. Within the UK, Parcelforce can offer guaranteed delivery the next working day before noon. The fastest international service is a guaranteed next day service called “globalexpress”. 

Can Parcelforce cope with large parcels?

There are some size and weight limits. For UK parcels, the weight must not exceed 30 kg and be under 1.5 metres in length. Limits for international parcels vary, so it is a good idea to check online for each destination country’s limits. 

How can a customer track the parcel?

Each parcel has its unique identification number, and the customer can access Parcelforce’s online tracking service. When the number is entered, the system will show the latest information about the parcel. The customer can tell the recipient of the parcel the tracking number so they can also monitor progress.
